I, (we) hereby authorize Red Hills Holdings, LLC or a Red Hills Holdings, LLC affiliated entity to initiate debit entries to my (our) account specified above at the bank or other financial institution named above, herein after called Depository, to debit the same to such account for the purpose of collecting my monthly loan payment. I (we) understand that this debit will occur on or about the date of the 1st of the month that the assessment payments are due, or the 15th of the month that the assessment payments are due specified above. You will not be charged a late fee if you opt-in to auto-debit and these dates fall outside of your grace period. You will be charged a $15 (Fifteen) fee for any requested ACH draft that is rejected for insufficient funds or any other reason that does not allow for the draft to be made as authorized. I (we) acknowledge that the origination of ACH transaction to my (our) account must comply with provision of United States Law. This authorization is to remain in full force until Red Hills Holdings, LLC has received notification from me (or either of us) of its termination in such time and in such manner, as to afford Red Hills Holdings, LLC and Depository reasonable opportunity to act on such request.
